Description
While putting together my fan-made Pokémon expansion, I took some time to put together a series of planes that could be used in the Planechase format. For those of you not familiar with the format, it's like this: You get a deck of 20 plane cards, and the game starts with the first one revealed. You can roll the Planechase die once each turn for free, but subsequent rolls make the cost go up by [1]. Roll the "Clash" symbol, and the secondary effect triggers. Roll the "Planeswalker" symbol, and you planeshift (put the top plane card on the bottom of the deck, then turn the next card face-up). Different planes add different effects to the game, all of which are based off various anime.
Also, if you can't see too well, the expansion symbol is a set of "anger veins" in a "Y" arrangement (all common, because this format has no rarity issues).
This time we're in the Holy Britannian Empire proper, specifically, the Imperial Palace. Emperor Charles' hard-on for Darwinism shows here. It's all about survival of the fittest, and if a creature can't survive the static ability, it has no place in this empire. Rolling [C] thins out the herd, deeming the weakest beings unfit and casting them aside. I also tacked on a little rider about creatures whose power drops into the negative (which can happen); in which case, they're all treated as though their power was 0 and they're all dead.

this one is nasty, since I love playing with Goblins, which don't have so much toughness...
